DoNoSpoofing is working perfect in clean email environments. There are
four options in this feature to define exceptions - I don't like them all!
The current logic is : block if any localDomain sender sends to any
localDomain recipient + handle exceptions. This logic includes the
scenario for 'same localDomain'.

This make no sense to me. Why should anyone wants to disable this check,
if the sender and recipient domain are different localDomains?

reason: For me its pretty much only usefull scenario for DoNoSpoofing.
Spamers often set From header adress in domain same as recipient
domain so it blocks a lot of spam. I personaly don't care about
blocking in other scenarios.
