message exceeds maxSize 37000000 bytes (size)!
I've seen it several times know where maxsize is exceeded but the sender
keeps sending and sending and sending. ASSP is sending a NDR right and not
a retry later code to the sending server right?
It's definitely possible that the person sending just tries again, but it
seems like it's the sending server that's retrying.
