I'm not cut out to be a manager, because I would view the black team as welcome 
friends, not adversaries. If I have a bug in my code, I'd prefer that it be 
caught pre-deployment. 

However, better than just the black team would be a pool of untrained users 
knowing nothing about the product and relying solely on the documentation. I 
guaranty that they will do things I never anticipated.

I once wrote such a test which detected no
error on MVS but detected an error on VM/CMS.
