Ahh. OK, yeah, that'd be a bit irritating. And of course there's no good reason 
in this millennium to require uppercase when lowercase isn't allowed--just fold 
it, as HLASM currently (finally!) does!

An IBM-MAIN reader complained that (my) mixed comments changed (his) ISPF 
setting to CAPS OFF and he had to issue a command to change it back to ON!
