Yes, please.

I have routinely passed a mixed-case SYSPARM from JCL to ASMA90, perhaps
even IEV90.

I have had problems with the cc (now c89 or c99) command which converted
the entire PARM string to upper case when passing a <name>.s file as SYSIN
to an assembler.  This may have been a convenience with IEV90 but a
nuisance with ASMA90, which is case-insensitive with respect to keywords.

I considered it a bug, but did not report it, expecting a likely WAD.
