I believe that UA stopped gating IBM-MAIN email traffic to the bit.listserv.ibm-main group a long time ago. AFAIK the only reliable way to see the list in a web browser is the at UA listserv address.
I much prefer email for IBM-MAIN and other IBM-related lists. I think one of the German usenet news servers carries IBM-MAIN as well if you prefer a newsreader interface.
