Is there another Problem with IBMLINK

Im opening a new case in IBMLINK.When I submit the case  IBMLINK issues a 
message that a field is requiredThe Field in question is either the Product 
Release Number or contractBoth of which has been entered/provided,..Anyone else 
experiencing any issue with PMR cases ?.Paul D'Angelo
