Almost too embarrasing to tell... I've been analyzing the output from AMBLIST
to understand how IGZXPLKA was built (this is the load module containing entry
IGZXFCA1). I was looking for was was the entry point, and did not find it, so I
wrongly assumed it is the start of the load module at IGZ@INI2. IGZ@INI2 looked
linke "initialize" and did not look completely wrong.

If turned out that this was not the entry point, and this is why everything
went wrong.

I've been scanning the AMBLIST output and simpy missed to look at the real top
right part of the listing, where the entry point was mentioned. I was expecting
it to be listed in the attribute section. I felt a bit uneasy with the result
("really? AMBLIST does not tell me where the entry point is?") but continiued
with the fase assumption instead of tring to answer the subliminal question in
my head :-)
