Rekans, Saya membaca kalau Microsoft meluncurkan Windows XP Starter Edition dengan harga murah (USD 40 di Bhinneka kalau tidak salah). Pertanyaannya apakah bedanya dengan XP Professional dan XP Home Edition? Lantas apakah memadai bila dipakai di Warnet/Game Center.
