I'm trying to promote an image from one docker registry to another but it seems
however I do it (via REST endpoint or a move/copy in the gui) I lose the
properties and artifactory loses track of it being docker related. This leaves
me with a 404 whenever I try to pull. What is 'promote' actually supposed to
be doing? Would the promote endpoint and a move be equivalent? Can I promote
to a new namespace? I.e test/app -> production/app
