Try going to your user profile from the UI (click on your username on the top right corner), enter your password and click "Unlock". This should create a new private and public key for your username. Next try running the curl command for docker's authentication again (and update your ~/.dockercfg file) per our documentation <http://www.jfrog.com/confluence/display/RTF/Docker+Repositories#DockerRepositories-DockerPush%28DeployingPackages%29> .
This should fix the problem.
