Hi,

does your Visual Studio work with one of these endpoints?:

https://www.nuget.org/api/v2
http://repo.jfrog.org/artifactory/api/nuget/nuget-gallery

If so, there might be a problem in how you set up the repository or created
the package.

What is the URL you are using to retrieve the package?

Best, Peter
