I'm getting these errors popping up from time to time running on a PostgreSQL
backend (without a separate file store). I'm running 2.6.4, but also had
this problem on 2.6.1. However, all my errors happen to be with cached
artifacts proxied from external sites. I assume that's just coincidence, as
that is mostly what I have at this point.

I've noticed these messages start coming up after a several day span
containing no artifact writes, so I'm concerned these artifacts are getting
lost from the backend. Does that also match the reported experience?
