Hi, I tried to do an export to make sure I have a good backup before upgrade my 2.3.1 Artifactory to the latest version, but I couldn't do it because an error (Export fails with error org.artifactory.concurrent.LockingException: Waited for task ExportJob#81cb6aa3-0031-4278-8381-2e61577ac966 more than 100 times) I posted before.
While the export didn't work, an scheduled backup worked like a charm. The question is that I'm not sure what's the difference between this two methods. Am I ready just with the backup to do a safe upgrade? Thank you in advance for your time.
