Hi Ohad,
It seems as you don't have some of the repositories in your new instance
(for example plugins-snapshots-local)
When importing repositories, Artifactory will create non-existing
repositories on the fly since it doesn't have it's config details.
You should create the missing repositories manually with your desired
configuration and then perform the import again.
