Using the "Generic-Artifactory Integration" I can publish artifacts however
no matter what pattern I try, I cannot get it to resolve artifacts. I always
get the following response:

I have tried every version of wildcard and specific path without success.
Any help would be greatly appreciated because without this resolved I can't
use Artifactory.
My first build process creates the exe then publishes it to the repository.
A secondary process needs to download that exe in order to build subsequent
artifacts.
Using Jenkins 1.476, Artifactory plugin 2.1.1 on a Windows server.
Artifactory running on a Centos server.
