Have you made sure that this artifact actually exists in any of the remote
repositories you proxy?
If yes, please try to zap the cache of that remote repository and try to
manually request this artifact using the download trace
facility<http://wiki.jfrog.org/confluence/display/RTF/Artifactory%27s+REST+API#ArtifactorysRESTAPI-TraceArtifactRetrieval>;
it'll probably shed some light as to why it isn't being retrieved
