Hello Listers, We are using the ITSM module in our environment and are thinking of building a very specific custom application. To make things a bit easier, we were thinking of "looking up" people data from CTM:People and using that data in our custom application. The users of this application will be members of a specific business unit that does not use the ITSM module.
My question is this: Would we need the module licenses for these users to do this data read? We will not be inserting or updating data into any of the ITSM forms fro our custom application. I want to make sure that we are not violating any ITSM licensing rules. Any clarification on this will be appreciated.
