Hi Amit, I'm assuming you want to bulk trigger all the failed CAI:Event records to create fulfilment records.
1. Try to fix the error(s) which is causing records to get stuck in CAI:Events 2. For one (preferably test record), change the Return Code to Start and Save 3. IF it is a success, if you want to re-trigger all 9000 of them in bulk, you can do a modify all on CAI:Events and change the Return Code to Start.
