Hi

We have configured our Atrium SSO 9 environment with kerberos as per the
BMC documentation when we try to access a remedy url to ITSM it is taking
us to the Atrium SSO login page where no credentials are accepted at all.

I have had a look in the log files and found a error message
WARNING 14-11-26 08:53:13.962
com.bmc.atrium.sso.console.server.AuthServlet.isAuthenticated().Thread-225:Failed
to setup console user: com.iplanet.sso.SSOException: Session was not
obtained.

can anyone advise on this?
