Hi All, I am in the process of archiving records in remedy. I have written an escalation with DSO action written which is working. I have the escalation qualification as ( 'Ticket Closed Date' <= "2/28/2009 11:59:59 PM") AND ( 'Status' = "Closed") AND ( 'Ticket Closed Date' >= "1/1/2009 12:00:00 AM") As over 1 lac record are there in this timespan, there are overhead issues happening at the db level. Is there any way we can have the escalation run in batches of say 500 records present in this qualification.
