No, the two are completely separate form types...you would be able to potentially copy/paste fields from one creation to another (to keep attributes/id's/etc), and then set their 'source' on the vendor form....you would be able to export the workflow, rename the new form into the same name as the old form, and then re-import the workflow (because in the def format, the form link isn't in on from id, but instead on form name)....
