The customer is on ITSM 7.6.04 SP3. I know about SP5 & that SP3 is nearly about 2 years old and there is a recommendation out there to step up.
To the best of my knowledge, all of the data load forms for ITSM have a naming convention of XXX:LoadYyyyyyy where XXX is a prefix of the function you are loading the data for, and Yyyyy is the actual function name. For e.g. COM:LoadCompany for company data. Is this true for *ALL* the foundation data load forms? If so I can't seem to find the one for Locations (containing columns Company, Site, Region, Site Group, DataTags & Status). Is this load form differently named? I'm wondering if they weren't consistent on these names on SP3. What would really help me is if someone has a compiled list of all the Data load forms that are used to mass import ITSM 7.6.04 data, or point me to where this may be documented by BMC Software.
