I saw the same, but when I talked to BMC (at a meeting) they said the same thing. The reps guess is that the tracks might change a little, depending on the submissions they receive.

Last I heard registration should open “mid-June”, for some reason I expect Monday after paper submission closes, but for no compelling reason.
