I am mentioning this here since I think there are still some of us that don't make our way to the BMC Communities much, if at all (I resisted for years being a die hard Lister).
I made a commitment to our community a few years back to compile some Dev Studio tips and tricks. I started some Developer Studio Tips and Tricks<https://communities.bmc.com/docs/DOC-21662> documents in 2012 on the BMC Communities but largely they have just sat there without being completed. As LJ pointed out to me the other day, I have a lot of balls in the air regarding family, work and extracurricular Remedy Communities (ARSlist, BMC Communities, guinea pig for people's apps). With that in mind I have decided to try a bit of a blurt it out quick tip approach; i.e. blogging. I started a "Jason's Quick Tip <https://communities.bmc.com/docs/DOC-31262>" series where I'll throw out things I have found help me as a system admin/developer as well some things many of you already know but people new to Remedy often struggle with (so don't expect me to knock your socks off with every post). Not quite as formal as I was hoping with the original Dev Studio documents but hopefully being a less formal document i'll be able to quickly share things I have been wanting to share for a long time now. I will also cover more than just Dev Studio topics. The Blog can be found here: https://communities.bmc.com/people/JMiller/blog. If wish to receive an email when there is a new post you can register on the BMC Communities and "follow" the blog. You might need to mess with your "streams" and email preferences a little to turn emails on (see: https://communities.bmc.com/community/about/blog/2013/04/30/tuesday-tip-step-1-is-to-set-up-your-streams). I created Index of Jason's Tip Blog Postings<https://communities.bmc.com/docs/DOC-31262> where not only my blog postings will be listed but I also link to a few other blogs I find helpful (or are sometimes just fun). I promised a month or two ago the document we use to quickly build MT servers (with SSL). I haven't forgot about it, just busy juggling. I'll end up posting it in a document (it will be more formal than a blog post) on the BMC Communities. Since I mentioned it here first I will send an email to the List once it is up.
