Kathy,
You may want to look at RRRChive.  It has a feature that allows you to copy
records to file, and then an opposite feature that lets you restore from
file.  In essence, exporting your entire remedy dataset to file, move the
files wherever you need them, then restore them to another remedy server
not networked to the original.  Sounds like it'll do everything you need.
