Remedy Atrium CMDB 8.1.0 Installation - License Problem

final goal is to install ITSM. Attached is my options file (server name and 
password are removed).</p>

atriumcore_install_log.txt in /tmp. It has errro which says like below,</p>

added AR System User Fixed license (3 nos) and other license needed for

shows Fixed Lincense as 3 and Floating as 0.</p>
