Where can I find a list of Vendors who have built solutions on Remedy ARS? I am interested to know if someone has built a solution that functions similar to Microsoft Dynamics. We have a requirement to use Remedy as an email tracking system with screen shots included in the fields rather than as attachments.
We are already very familiar with Remedy's Email Engine and are using it heavily for email ingestions but one of the problems is that every logo and screen shot becomes a separate attachment. Any suggestions on this would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
