I had to convert my XP machine to Win 7. I then loaded Dev 8.1 and then downloaded Java 7. I now get this error when trying to finish installing Dev 8.1:
You have selected an incorrect 64-bit JRE path. Please select the correct JRE path and continue. I have the path set like this: C:\Program Files\Java\jre7 Now also my c drive is being encrypted at this time so I am not sure if that could be stopping it from being loaded or what.
