Pratik, Thank you for the response. We have both (although the SSO we are using is Java Systems Solution SSO, not BMC's fake SSO) but using SSO doesn't prevent AREA from working either via the Mid Tier or the User Tool so I wouldn't have expected it to cause an issue for Mobility since authentication should be happening on the server side. Is there an undocumented config file that I may need to set up on the mobility server or something?
