Hi all, we work with AR Server 7.6.0.4 SP5 and ITSM 7.6.04 SP4. We have a Field of type Diary in a Form and we send a notify mail with the value of this Diary field,
every time a change is made. Our problem is that in the diary field there are not only the last changes but all the previous. Is there a way to make <blank> the diary field so that it contains only the last changes? Thanks in advance.
