Hello List, We are working on an initiative to define our business and technical services for our organization and was curious to see if anyone out there is able to share their organization's services they have designed and how they relate them to requestable service offerings. I'm trying to show others in our organization how other companies have defined theirs and I'm thinking visual examples may be the best way to show this.
