You should have a primary contact at BMC that the request for the modification 
is submitted to.

It depends on the contract. Some RoD customers do not have personnel with the 
knowledge to understand what was done.

Hi,

 

When BMC makes custom code changes for a Customer, do they provide 
documentation of the changes made to the system? (i.e. workflow)

Trying to figure out what was done.
