ARS 8.1 and BOXI 4 ** Hello all: Pulling my hair out on this one. Environment: ARS 8.1, ITSM 8.1 BOXI 4.0 I have a separate BOXI server from my mid-tier and I want to install ARReportViewer on the BOXI server to render Crystal reports. However, when I download the suite installer "ARSuiteKit_MidtierWar_windows_8.1", uncompress it, and try to install just the ARWebReportViewer, it doesn't give me the option to just install the viewr. It is like it doesn't recognize the fact that BOXI 4.0 is installed on the server. (see screen shot attached... hope it comes through). the install options I get are: ARSystem Servers ARSystem Mid-tier ARSystem Client If I continue with Mid-tier install, thinking that the option is somehow buried underneath it, it wants to install the complete midtier. Any ideas?
