As far as the arserver itself goes; Windows platform versions up to, and including, 7.5 are 32 bit only. 7.6.03 and later are available as both 32 and 64 bit binaries, the installer will pick the one that matches the OS. Unix platforms versions up to, and including, 7.1 are 32 bit only. 7.5 and later are 64 bit only.
The various peripheral binaries - arplugin, arforkd and so on, are all 32 bit only. Reason why I am asking it, I did an upgrade on ARS from v5.1.2 to v7.6.04 on our Dev server.
