Koyb, I can recommend running the Best Practice Conversion Utility, but I cannot recommend it for creating overlays. BPCU should be able to give you a report of all of the changed workflow, as it sees it changed....the problem I have with the utility is that it provides MANY false positives, so you need to investigate the changes it finds closely.
