Hello , We have seen that the pn_device_name for all Informational events received as a response from ITSM in BPPM is same. We have set Propagation Policy from BPPM to ITSM for all Critical Events.
The Work Log of the Incident gets updated properly for the event in ITSM as: Host=mgbremw014.hutchison.ext.gb.nmc.ericsson.se Host Class= Host Address=10.249.184.72 Object=K: Object Class=NT_LOGICAL_DISKS Parameter=LDldFreeSpacePercent Parameter Value=5.00 Location=hutchison.ext.gb.nmc.ericsson.se but when the response is received back from BPPM to ITSM as an Information Event the Device Name is hitmr002.int.ericsson.se and this is the same for all incidents information in BPPM. Can you please let me know why this is happening.Is there a rule that I would need to modify ? Is there a default value set ? Can you tell me the troubleshooting steps ?
