You'll need to create an active link to Run Process
"PERFORM-ACTION-ACTIVE-LINK 1 XXXXXXXX"

1 means to press a button and the XXXXXX is the field number of the
button.

Subject: Activating a button thru workflow

**

HI All,

IS there a way to "press" a button using an active link? On the Work
Order I need to have workflow either activate the
z3Btn_CreateWorkInfoLessMode or place those same active links in an
active link guide. Thinking if I could just automate pressing the button
that would be easier.

ITSM 7.6.04.
