The customer field in the HPD:Help Desk form by default has auto complete set 
Leading after 3 keystroke - same with the Site field in CTM:Location Details. 
But after the 7.6.04 > 8.1 upgrade it's now attempting to auto complete after 1 
character, which of course brings up a warning about exceeding the query limits 
on anything other than X and Z. Every 5 or 6 site auto completes fails to 
retrieve anything at all at the other extreme.

Anybody experience that? Is 1 the default value? Normally I'd just attempt to 
"reset" it by saving an new auto complete value then going back to 3, but as 
we're in UAT of the new version, and I work for a big giant bureaucracy The 
Managers have decided only BMC Support can fix it, but they're a bit flummoxed 
as well.

Just curious if anyone else has seen this.
