Hi All, I want to display a new column in the Incident Console
Added the field to the Incident (HPD:Help Desk) and then added some data. Added the field to the HPD:CFG_IncidentWatchList join form, then searched on the join form to verify the data is on the form. Added the field column to the z2TH Incidents table, and then refreshed the mid-tier. When I open the Incident Console the new column is there but no data is displayed. However if I select "Show Watch List, the data does appear. What am I missing? Is there another join form I need to update?
