CedarCrestone has an immediate opening for a BMC Remedy Administrator. This opportunity is a temp to perm position and allows one to telecommute or work out of our Atlanta office. The scope of this position is to support the on-going technical needs for our Remedy ITSM system in conjunction with US and India counterparts. This includes technical design and implementation of customizations of AR System objects, CMDB process design, development and maturation; Usage guidance and implementation of interfaces between Remedy and other internal and external systems. Support and consultation related to optimal use of the ITSM Suite features and functions; support, consultation and training to in the best use of 7.6.04; support and consultation related to work-flow and cross-organizational cooperation and adoption of new processes and procedures; and unsolicited advice to further the objectives of the tasks at hand. Provide troubleshooting, root-cause analysis and resolution of system issues.
