Hi All, We are using ARSystem 7.6.04.
Whenever a normal user search records in Solution form(PBM:Solution Database) it displays only the first matching request even though it has multiple result. But if we are logging in as Administrator it comes...:(. It happens in the below scenario And we have created an entry point for this form and In Default User View properties >Menu access? we have created the Entry point for both Search mode and New Mode.
