There is nothing coming up for SQL. The search is done with multiple processes instead of active links. It looks like I'm going to have to bite the bullet and develop an entry point guide so that the form opens through the Landing Console.

Sounds like there may be a (hidden) field being set when you launch the form via the entry point that isn't set on a new search. When the form opens from the Application List link, a search only returns one record. If I click the New Search link and search again, then a list of records is returned in a Results list.
