Hi All, If you have not noticed I am new to ITSM 7.6 and want to take a moment to thank everyone who has responded to my questions. I need to update some of the OOB notifications as well as add custom notifications. Do I go in though the Application Administration Console, directly to a form in the thick client or modify the filter in developer?
