hi Guys, This might be a very trivial question but a very important one for me. I am facing a strange issue with crystal report in user tool.
I am able to pull a report with date range 1 week but even more than 8 days report does not get fetched. Before 15th of this month we were able to extract report for 1 month without any issues What I am observing is that when I give a report request for more than 8 days the server memory utilization keep on growing and goes all the way till 32 GB which is max and the server crashes down. What I want to understand how does a request for a report run gets executed by the AR system in detail. I mean if the data is sent by the DB all at once by the DB or if the AR server sends it all at once to user tool. But this is what I am not sure of and there have been changes done by the networking team but I am not getting a confirm answer about what changes have they done. I am trying to find out the right set of questions to ask to the networking team. For which I need to understand in very details the working of the crystal report with remedy. ARS 7604 SP2. remote SQL 2008 DB and its a custom application with custom reports.. I just want to find out how can I find out what changed.
