Hi All, Please provide your suggestion on the below issue.
*Details of the issue*:*We seem to be experiencing issues where first names showing in “last name” column, surnames showing in “country” column and what seems to be the site info is showing in the “last modified date” column, this often happens after changes are made to Remedy and usually are resolved by clearing the IE cache but not all of our used have access to do this.
