I am updating our differences document for our Kinetic Request / Kinetic Task products.
I pay major attention to our products - but little time towards the other products in the marketplace. Anyway - I thought I would write to the community who may have experience with some of the other products in the marketplace and ask for comments about your experience with products in the "service request management" area. I am looking for things you like about other products, and things you find difficult/annoying... Related success or failures are good too. Any help would be appreciated. Example: product: xyz from vendor abc like: Easily worked with our custom SSO or product: xyz from vendor abc like: Works great with a mobile device or product: xyz from vendor abc dislike: pages seem to scroll on for ever - no ability to have multiple pages or product: xyz from vendor abc dislike: After 2 years of usage - only 100 requests / day - was expecting 1000+ (Product can not get traction) I will respond with an email asking shirt size and address. Limit 1 shirt per person (unless I think you totally rock-the-house with help). Also - I will limit it based on "any old reason"...
