Hello List Members, I am working at a customer site were DEF created on a Test server will not import to the Production server but will import on the Development server.
The DEF appears to import and no errors are reported within the Admin Tool; however, the form is not imported to the server. After a restart of the arsystem service, the file import properly. We had the same issue a week ago with a DEF file created on the Production server would not import to the Test server. A restart of the TEST server arsystem service corrected the issue. Does anyone have any ideas why this may be occuring?
