I followed your advice, I made the changes and I rerun the upgrade of ITSM. Moreover, it seems that the system expects the fields 303979600 and 60900 and do not find them and so I have to create them, but I do not know the characteristics of the fields to create (type, permissions ...). From the file hpd_deplapp.def I could only find the name of the fields, Vendor Assignee Groups (60900) and EffortDurationHour (303979600) but I can not figure out how to create them. Any ideas?
