Hi , Currently i am using ITSM 7.1 problem management .My question is how to use the View Audit Log . I am aware of below . On the Problem Management console, click the Search Problem Console tab Open an problem Ticket . In the navigation pane, choose Functions > View Audit Log.
When i click the Audit Log i am getting audit log window is displaying but the data which it displays is not clearly. How to get The correct data when we click the View Audit Log.
